Charges
No charge will be made prior to the date of shipment concerning physical goods purchased. Regarding "soft" goods, the applicable charge will only be made at the point of transfer to customer or requested device. Ustronics.com, Inc reserves the right to charge additional costs incurred by incorrect shipping information and/or costs incurred there of. Shipping, handling fees are nonrefundable except in the case of UStronics error. This includes but s not limited to customer error, courier error, and typographical errors on behalf of UStronics or the customer.
Delivery Times
All domestic non-express shipments are guaranteed for arrival in 14 business days, at which point claims will be filed with the applicable carrier. If you wish to acquire guaranteed service please review our express shipping options specific to your location. Our dates for shipping are every Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Every order placed before 3pm EST on these days will ship the same day, pending verification. All items are subject to verification previous to shipping; this process may delay an order indefinitely, thus we ask that you provide proper contact information to ensure the fluency of your order processing and shipment. Delays in shipping may occur for products requiring additional services such as activation or additional airtime placement. The customer will be notified in such cases as soon as the delay time is known.
International Shipping
UStronics.com assumes no responsibility for fees associated with international orders that are subject to applicable customs fees, brokerage fees, and import taxes as well as any costs incurred due to the transport, arrival, and refusal of a package. UStronics.com claims no responsibility for return shipping concerning returned items shipped by customer between the point of shipment and receival. All costs incurred by return shipping will be paid in full by the customer; this includes but is not limited to
General
The preferred domestic courier of UStronics is the reliable and cost-effective UPS. For international orders we use Fed Ex as it has the most extensive and reliable international service. Unfortunately the United States Postal Service is unable to provide tracking information to APO or FPO addresses. Any inquiry concerning the shipment or delivery of an order of this nature must be taken up with USPS after a tracking number is given. The estimates of delivery time are subject to variation and courier service change. On non-express shipments the estimated time is not guaranteed nor is a delay of any kind for any reason subject to compensation either monetary or otherwise.
Claims
If your package was damaged in shipping we will provide an adequate replacement once claims are processed with the applicable courier. If a replacement is not available we will provide a refund of the original purchase upon return of the defective item. All procedures are subject to strict verification. In the unlikely event that an error occurred during shipment and the wrong item or package is shipped, you may submit a request for Return Authorization through our RMA request form. Please detail the information as much as possible to ensure prompt recovery. Upon submitting the form please allow us one business day to respond with a resolution to the matter. If you received more items than requested please contact us within 15 days of receiving the items. We will provide return shipping costs in full in these cases. If items are not returned or we are not contacted to perform a resolution, the customer is subject to pay the cost of the items received in full. UStronics is not responsible for weather delays or any other courier non-refundable delay in shipment or delivery.
