Customer service for your Finland DNA SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing toll free 0410414041 at any time from your Finland cellular phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Finland SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Finland SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the Finland SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
^Your phone will prompt you for a 4-digit PIN code (PIN1), which is located on the duo-fold envelope affixed to the SIM card. The PUK is only required to unblock you cell phone if you enter in the PIN1 code (3x) incorrectly. Follow your international cellular phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Finland cellular phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 358 and then your Finland cell phone number. To call abroad from your Finland cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number.
Adding Talk Time
Your SIM card has an initial airtime credit of up to €17 ($20 airtime credit). Additional credit is available through the purchase of an airtime voucher, also called a reload code (not another SIM card), in Finland. Additional vouchers may be purchased in €20 ($24) increments.
To load the airtime into your SIM card simply scratch off the grey protective layer to reveal your voucher code. When punched into the keypad of your international cell phone the voucher code will credit your Finland SIM card with respective 20 Euros of airtime.
Airtime vouchers are available locally, throughout Finland, at local Tabac shops, convenience stores, and DNA authorized dealers.
Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! Your only need a recharge voucher! And your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime.

Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls within Finland using the prepaid DNA Finland SIM card while you are in Finland. All incoming calls on your Finland cell phone regardless of where they originate are FREE.

Service Life
If you do not recharge your account within 6-months your Finland prepaid cell phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card. The 6-month period starts the day you arrive in Finland.
