Customer service for your Czech prepaid SIM card is available by dialing 603 603 603 from Czech Republic or +420 603 603 603 from overseas.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Czech Republic SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Czech SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the Czech SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
^The PUK is only required to unblock your phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone should you enter the PIN code incorrectly 3x in a row.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Czech Republic cellular phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 420 and then your Czech Republic cell phone number. To call abroad from your Czech cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number.
Adding Talk Time
Additional Talk time may be added by purchasing vouchers at any shop or petrol station.
Remember: Do not purchase another Czech Republic SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! Your only need a recharge voucher!
Czech Domestic Rates
Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls within the Czech Republic from your Czech SIM card while you are in the Czech Republic. All incoming calls regardless of where they originate are free with your Czech Republic SIM card.

Service Life
If you do not recharge your account within 12-months your Mobile phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card.
